![]() This day I remember well and will never forget. My wife and I were with our young children in our room and watched television. We had already gotten used to hearing the explosions in the distance, just like many other residents of Slavjansk I guess. Suddenly the doorbell rang, I went to the door to open. No sooner had I turned the lock, a grenade came flying into the apartment. The door flew into the driveway, who had rung I do not know, but no one was there. I immediatly ran into the room in a state of shock. My wife and my children were instantly dead. All of a sudden I was left without a wife, without children and without a roof over the head. At that moment I knew only one thing: I have survived to fight. On the same day I joined the militia, I saw that there are people just like me who have no other place to go. |
