The Eagles' Wings Internship Program is a uniquely structured leadership development program that provides opportunities for personal spiritual growth, practical job training, and a variety of ministry experiences. Joining one of the Internship Programs, whether it is the nine-month intensive program or the three-week summer program for high school students, is about pursuing God through a very intentional commitment to grow in the areas of servanthood, discipleship and outreach. Everyone in the program will participate in Bible study, one-on-one mentoring, small group classes on relevant topics, life-skills training, prayer and worship watches in the house of prayer, and ministry opportunities traveling as part of the Eagles’ Wings team
